• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales acquisition roles.

• Experience in B2B sales within construction, materials, industrialization, or related sectors.

•Technical training in construction, exterior carpentry, facades, or enclosures is valued.

• Experience in PVC windows, aluminum, facades, or building envelopes is valued.

•Vocational Training or higher education related to sales, construction, or building.

Among the main objectives of the position is driving the company's commercial growth through the active acquisition of new clients, identifying business opportunities in construction companies, architectural firms, and companies in the industrialized sector.

The responsibilities are as follows:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.

• Conduct periodic sales visits to potential clients.

• Present the company's products and solutions.

• Manage meetings with construction companies, architects, and specifiers.

• Follow up on quotes until contract award.

• Strengthen the commercial relationship with the main market agents.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• CRM management.
