The selected Cook will be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes, following the recipes and quality standards established by Grupo Barbillón and PANORAMA.
• Ensuring the correct presentation and plating of all food.
• Managing and controlling the stock of raw materials, ensuring the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
• Maintaining rigorous control of hygiene and food safety in all areas of the kitchen, complying with current regulations (HACCP).
• Collaborating actively with the kitchen team in the planning and execution of menus and daily specials.
• Participating in the exhaustive cleaning and organization of the kitchen and its utensils.
• Supervising and training, if applicable, the kitchen support staff.
• Proposing new ideas and improvements to the gastronomic offering.
• Optimizing the use of available resources, minimizing waste.
• Adapting to production needs and work peaks, maintaining calm and efficiency.

• Minimum experience of 2 years as a Cook in catering establishments of recognized prestige. Experience in fine dining restaurants or tasting menus will be valued.
• Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge and application of food safety regulations (HACCP).
• Proactivity, initiative, and a great capacity for teamwork.
