• Option 1: Full-time replacement contract for sick leave (40 hours per week).
• Option 2: Indefinite part-time contract (30 hours per week).
• Schedule: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

Qualification: Nursing Assistant Technician (TCAE) or equivalent approved qualification.

Experience: Previous experience in similar positions (highly valued in neurorehabilitation, medium-stay, or geriatric environments).

Competencies: High vocation for service, empathy, professional commitment, and ability to work in a team.

Provide individualized auxiliary care to users according to their needs, working in continuous coordination with the multidisciplinary team (doctors, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and supervision) to maintain and improve their well-being and quality of life.

• Rigorously comply with the work plan and the procedures established by the center.
• Execute and follow up on the user's individualized care plan.
• Perform the user's hygiene and personal grooming (preparation of materials, oral hygiene and dental prosthesis care, hair combing, shaving, diaper changes, and dressing) during the corresponding shift.
• Provide assistance with intimate hygiene and diaper changes, always ensuring the maximum privacy and intimacy of the user.
• Organize and control the wardrobes, rooms, and belongings of the users, as well as manage the collection of dirty laundry and linens.
• Perform postural changes and mobilizations (carried out by two assistants when the protocol requires it), following the guidelines set by the nursing and supervision area.
• Assist and accompany users during dining services.
• Provide accompaniment and support to users during their transfers and stay in the various areas of the center (lounges, gym, group therapies, or rest areas).
