The role

The objective of Nursing Coordination is to guarantee the correct assessment of the user with the determination of the appropriate and necessary care, both regarding nursing and auxiliary staff. We are looking for a hybrid profile for our Casaverde Almoradí center that combines the coordination of the nursing and auxiliary team (20 hours per week) with the performance of direct nursing care duties (20 hours per week).
What you'll do
- Organize and structure the nursing area, preparing task planning and annual rosters
- Manage vacations, leaves, and shift changes for the nursing and auxiliary team.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce healthcare protocols.
- Perform the integral assessment of users upon admission and program/apply the required care.
- Prepare and administer medical treatments according to medical prescription.
- Directly attend to the care and wound dressing needs of the users.
