As Director of the Casaverde Hospital in Alicante, you will assume the global and integral management of the center, ensuring compliance with the Group's vision, mission, and strategic objectives:

• Integral and Operational Management: Administer, plan, organize, and direct the global functioning of the hospital.
• Strategic and Economic Management: Coordinate and control the profit and loss account, leading the fulfillment of budgets and the objectives set by the company with efficiency criteria.
• Team Leadership and Talent Development: Develop, train, and motivate the human team under your charge. Evaluate performance, detect talent, and foster corporate culture and the integration of values.
• Commercial Action and Business Development: Drive commercial action, sign agreements or conventions, and maintain strategic institutional relationships with Local/Regional Administration, prescribers, and healthcare associations.
• Guarantee of Excellence and Care Quality: Supervise the integral care provided to patients and families, guaranteeing continuous improvement and the highest standards of quality in care.
