Training: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Sociocultural Animation Technician

At least 6 months of experience in a similar position

Valuable: fluency in Languages – B2 English or higher

We are looking for a part-time TASOC at our Casaverde Elche Center.

The objective of the Sociocultural Animation Technician position is to energize and contribute to the planning of social and cultural activities at the center. To ensure that residents are integrated and happy, that they are active, and with the objective of maintaining or improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

To know, propose, and make operational the cultural intervention processes in their management and educational aspects.

To establish relationships between the cultural and educational spheres and social and economic processes.

Access information sources and procedures to obtain necessary resources and implement cultural processes.

Coordination with professionals of various qualifications when designing and implementing cultural intervention strategies.

Execution and budgeting of various projects and programs, as well as the preparation of relevant reports and evaluations.

Implementation of specific programs and projects.

Promote the integral development of residents through playful-educational action.

Develop and execute the various animation techniques, individual and/or group-based, that involve residents in the occupation of their free time and thus promote their integration and group development.

Motivate the residents regarding the importance of their participation to achieve their integration and positive relationship with their environment.

Responsibility for any incident that arises, in any type of task specific to themselves or to the sociocultural animators.

Periodic meetings with the rest of the team, as well as with the managers of the different centers where sociocultural animation work is carried out.

Coordination of volunteers and students / interns in sociocultural animation.

Teaching, talks, and presentations related to this professional category.

Participate in the general plan of activities and budgets of the different centers.

Coordinate the work groups, activities, and budgets of

sociocultural animation.

Communicate to your immediate supervisor any incidents or anomalies observed in the performance of your duties.

In general, all those non-specific activities that are requested of them in accordance with their degree and profession.
