What we're looking for

We focus our search on people who have experience working in administrative tasks, preferably within the logistics, transportation, and international trade sectors. We value people who have a clear results orientation, organization, learning ability, and multitasking skills.

An advanced level of French and Spanish is essential, and a third language such as English, German, etc. is highly valued.

Bilingual/advanced level of French, sufficient to work daily and communicate with clients and suppliers from different countries in this language.
A third language is valued: English, German.
Experience in administrative tasks, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
Academic training in logistics, customs, or similar.
Availability for immediate incorporation.
We value flexibility in scheduling.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Schedule: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. There will be different work shifts, and the willingness to occasionally work night shifts will be valued.
Stable position: Contract through a staffing agency for 3 to 6 months + subsequent direct hire with the company
Gross annual salary between 20,000€ and 25,000€, to be negotiated based on the value and experience provided.
Company canteen, with access to daily menus at a very low price.
Once the training and onboarding process is complete, there is one day of remote work per week.

Reception of bookings.
Contact with clients and suppliers
Internal follow-up, and with clients and suppliers
Updating client information
General administrative tasks
