Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG-MAG welding of large-scale metal structures or boilermaking.
Valuable to have a Vocational Training degree (CFGM or CFGS) in Welding and Boilermaking, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar.
Knowledge of reading mechanical drawings.
License and experience in overhead crane operation is essential.
License and experience with forklifts is highly valued.
Responsible person, quality-oriented, with the ability to work in a team and a commitment to occupational safety.

What you'll get

Full-time split shift: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 to 17:30 h and Friday from 7:30 to 14:00 h.
Initial temporary contract with a real possibility of permanent employment.
Salary according to the Siderometalúrgico Collective Agreement Group 5: €16.54/hour gross

What you'll do

Perform MIG-MAG welding (continuous wire) work on large-scale metal structures.
Prepare parts through cleaning, beveling, and positioning prior to the welding process.
Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing orders to ensure the correct execution of the work.
Verify the quality of the welds and comply with production and quality control standards.
Handle metal structures using overhead cranes and other auxiliary equipment.
Collaborate with the cutting, assembly, and painting departments to optimize production processes.
