The role

At GRUPO CRIT, we are looking for profiles to fill the position of ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to cover a vacancy for an important company in the logistics sector located in SAGUNTO.

What you'll do

  • Manage communication with maintenance providers and public administrations, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Plan and organize interventions, technical visits, and preventive maintenance in our stores.
  • Perform administrative tasks for the area: invoice management, price review, and updating contracts with providers.
  • Follow up on maintenance incidents, prioritizing and assigning actions according to urgency through the internal system (CAFM).
  • Keep information updated in the corporate systems (SharePoint and maintenance management tools).
  • Request and compare offers from providers, supporting decision-making within the area.
  • Collaborate in bidding processes and provider management.
  • Support the management and review of contracts, in coordination with other departments.
