Perform quality inspections and controls during the different phases of the production process and on the final product.
Execute laboratory tests and trials, verifying compliance with technical specifications and established control plans.
Record, update, and enter quality data, incidents, non-conformities, and inspection results into the company's computer systems and databases.
Analyze quality data and indicators to detect deviations, identify trends, and collaborate in proposing continuous improvement actions.
Manage, organize, and archive technical documentation, quality records, production reports, and documentation related to audits and ISO regulations.
Advise production teams on quality standards, control methods, and defect classification, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
