Sampling Operator

• Vocational training (intermediate or higher degree) in the chemical field
• Knowledge and experience in forklift driving
• Knowledge of SAP/Office suite
• Immediate start.

Do you have experience as a sampling operator? Do you have immediate availability? We are looking for you.

• Perform the sampling procedure of raw materials in accordance with the

official standards that allow for the appropriate analyses to be carried out to ensure the quality

thereof.

• Perform RAMAN and/or IR identification analysis of raw material

samples upon receipt to ensure that the product is the one required.

• Perform the distribution to the laboratories as well as the preparation of samples

to be sent for external analysis, of the manufactured intermediate product samples and

final product.

• Perform the release - receipt of samples in SAP-QM so that

the analyses of raw materials, medicines, and other manufactured

and/or marketed products can begin

• Perform all tasks required for the classification and organization of raw material

and final product samples in the sample library to store and preserve them

properly.

• Control the proper functioning of the instruments in the sampling room. In

case of an anomaly, inform the equipment manager or the Quality Control

Quality.

• Leave the work area in strict order.
• Manager. Perform cleaning and data recording according to established standards to maintain

the sampling booth and the sample library in optimal conditions.

• Perform analysis of primary packaged product.
• Analyze the results obtained in the raw material identifications and tests

of packaged material.

• Immediately inform the direct supervisor or Quality Control Manager

of any deviations found regarding the expected results as well as any

incident affecting raw materials and/or intermediate product samples

to initiate the action protocol.

• Comply with general and specific safety and risk prevention standards

of the workstation, and ensure compliance with them by the rest of the

team. Likewise, you must use personal protective equipment (PPE) when

required.

• Perform environmental control analysis in collaboration with the microbiology

laboratory and following written procedures.

• Collaborate in related warehouse tasks if necessary.
