Currently, we have four production centers in Spain: two located in Zaragoza, one in Vitoria, and one in Barcelona. In all of them, we develop assembly and component sequencing activities for various customers in the automotive industry.
The vacancy we are offering will join our plant in Esparreguera (Barcelona), which focuses on the assembly and sequencing of water pumps, radiators, and tanks for the manufacturers Seat and Cupra, although its work area will cover Catalonia and nearby areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to join as a Project Manager, leading the coordination and implementation of new industrial projects, as well as the integral management of existing projects. The selected person will act as a link between the client, operations, and internal areas, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and established objectives.
Job mission: Manage the client portfolio by conveying their concerns to the rest of the organization, as well as obtaining commercial processes that can generate business following the internal and external procedures of the client in order to maintain and increase the client portfolio
Maintain contact with the client and convey their concerns to the organization:__Maintain direct and fluid communication with the client. Interpret what type of services or products they require to convey it to the organization: When the offer is received, segment the information and deliver it to other departments so they can perform or evaluate their part and offer the corresponding information. Compile the information into an internal sales process and present it to management for evaluation. When it is valid, prepare it according to the client's format for delivery
Follow up on the offer and the client's needs:__Perform continuous follow-up with the client, attending to and defending their interests. If the offer is finally accepted, the information is transferred to the different departments to initiate the project
Perform active searching for new business and opportunities:__Analyze the offer we can make to new clients and detect the needs offered by the environment in order to anticipate and adapt
Prepare quotations derived from project changes at the plant
Perform analysis and cost studies and attend quality audits if necessary
