The role

What you'll do

Lead the transformation of customer requirements into viable technical solutions, coordinating the design, integration, and validation of electronic systems.

Design and conceptualize new systems, including interfaces and behavior.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common project goals.
Act as the technical point of contact with international automotive customers.
Integrate new automotive technologies into future products.
Manage and analyze trade-offs of electronic system requirements.

Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Computer, Industrial, Aeronautical Engineering, or Physics.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in systems engineering.
Strong abstraction capability, lateral and holistic thinking.
Advanced Spanish and English
Advanced proficiency in Excel/analysis tools.

Conditions:
Hybrid position: on-site (Jaén, Spain) + 1–2 days of remote work per week.
