Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: FPII / Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Industrial Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Facilities Maintenance.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of consolidated career in industrial machinery maintenance (background in the metal sector, Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive suppliers, or stamping is highly valued).
Hard Skills / Tools:
Practical mastery of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
Proficiency in PLC diagnosis (Siemens TIA Portal, Omron) and robotic systems (Fanuc).
Soft Skills: High capacity for autonomous diagnosis, analytical approach to fault resolution, and tolerance for working in high-demand industrial production environments.

Nice to have

Knowledge of welding and machine vision will add to your candidacy.

The role

Industrial Electromechanical Technician - Automotive
Baix Llobregat (Rotating shifts M/A/N)

You will join the maintenance department of a plant specialized in metal stamping and transformation for the automotive sector in Sant Andreu de la Barca. The objective of your position is to ensure the maximum operational availability of the production lines and industrial presses in a highly automated environment. 70% of your workload will be focused on scheduled preventive maintenance and process optimization, leaving 30% for the resolution of critical corrective interventions.

What you'll do

Autonomously execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan on automatic press lines and robotic cells.
Diagnose and solve faults at the industrial electricity, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic levels.
Operate on automated equipment for reading, verification of inputs/outputs, and adjustments (Siemens/Omron PLCs and Fanuc robotics).
Identify technical bottlenecks in the machinery, proposing modifications to electrical or pneumatic diagrams to reduce downtime.

How you'll work

Hiring: Direct by the company. 6 + 6 + Indefinite format. This is the company standard for all hiring, but a stable and real project is guaranteed.
Work model: 100% on-site in Sant Andreu de la Barca. 3 rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night).
