Management of a significant volume of payrolls for companies belonging to different sectors and collective agreements.
Calculation of extraordinary payments, variables, arrears, settlements, and final settlements.
Management of monthly incidents: sick leave, permits, vacations, absenteeism, and other remuneration concepts.
Preparation and management of contracts, extensions, and contractual novations.
Processing of registrations, cancellations, and changes with Social Security.
Routine management using Sistema RED and SILTRA.
Preparation and monitoring of Social Security settlements and contributions.
Attention and resolution of labor inquiries from clients.
Monitoring of deadlines, incidents, and labor documentation.
