Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Degree) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Electrical and Automatic Installations, Industrial Mechatronics, or similar.
Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and electronics.
B driving license and availability to travel around Catalonia and Andorra (After-Sales Service) and perform occasional assemblies in Spain and Europe are essential.
Person with autonomy, problem-solving capacity, customer orientation, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Nice to have

Experience in assembly, industrial maintenance, after-sales technical service (SAT), or technical installations. Experience in automatic doors, metal enclosures, or physical security systems will be valued.
Truck license, OSH training, and knowledge of access control systems are highly valued.

What you'll do

Perform the installation, assembly, and commissioning of safes, armored doors, vault cameras, and "click & collect" type smart lockers.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as the repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
Diagnose technical incidents and apply solutions at the client's facilities.
Perform functional tests, adjustments, and verifications to guarantee the quality of the technical service.
Complete work reports, report incidents, and coordinate actions with the After-Sales Service department.
Guarantee compliance with work procedures, OSH, and quality and safety standards.
