Requirements

What we're looking for

French nationality.
Excellent command of French and Spanish, both oral and written.
Previous experience in management, coordination, or leadership positions within organizations and teams.
Solid experience and knowledge in financial management, budgets, profit and loss accounts, and monitoring of results.

The role

From Grupo Crit, a recruitment and human resources consultancy, we are looking for a General Director for a renowned French association located in central Madrid.

What you'll do

Duties:
Strategic and operational management: supervise the general functioning of the association and define and implement its development objectives.
Team management: lead and coordinate a team of approximately 35 people, promoting collaboration and a good working environment.
Financial management: supervise budgets, analyze the profit and loss account, monitor economic results, and guarantee financial sustainability.
Management of activities and programs: coordinate the areas of language training, certifications, international stays, and cultural activities.
Institutional relations: maintain and develop relationships with educational institutions, companies, collaborators, and cultural agents.
Representation of the organization: act as a spokesperson before different entities and bodies.
Reporting and monitoring: present results and activity reports to the Board of Directors and participate in strategic monitoring meetings.
