Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience in food commercial establishments (supermarkets, cash and carry).
- Experience in the BUTCHERY section of at least 6 months (especially at the public service counter, workshops, or similar)
- Experience in cutting, filleting, and butchering. Knowledge of the different types of products.
- Experience in setting up/taking down the counter.
- Experience in management and control of the section.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the sector and in customer service will be valued.
- Experience in other sections such as DELI AND FRUIT will be valued.

The role
We are looking to hire a BUTCHERY SHOP ASSISTANT for our establishment CASH BURELA.
A committed person, with a positive attitude and a desire to learn, who wants to grow professionally within a solid and constantly evolving company.
What you'll do
- Counter service and sale of butchery/deli products (cutting, preparation, handling...) at the counter.
- Control and reception of raw meat materials and auxiliaries, the storage and dispatch of meat pieces and products.
- Conditioning of meat for commercialization or industrial use, guaranteeing its traceability.
- Management and preparation of customer orders.
- Management and preparation of the assortment of butchery processed products.
- Placement and removal of product at the counter and cold room.
- Order and cleanliness of the work areas.
- Versatility within the store and teamwork.
- Collaboration in tasks within the establishment.
How you'll work
- Rotating continuous schedule from Monday to Saturday.
