What we're looking for

We are looking for a FISHMONGER with company-provided training for our SPAR VILLAVICIOSA supermarket, in Asturias.
We are looking for motivated people, with a desire to learn, a proactive attitude, and an interest in developing professionally in the food sector. No previous experience in fishmongery is necessary, as we offer training to learn the specific tasks of the position and to grow professionally within the company.
What you'll do
- Learning the tasks of dispensing and selling fishmongery products at the counter, including the preparation, handling, cutting, and filleting of fish.
- Customer service and advice, as well as preparation of orders.
- Placement, replenishment, and removal of products at the counter and in the cold room.
- Learning the rules of food preservation, handling, and hygiene.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.
- Collaboration in the various tasks of the supermarket, promoting versatility and teamwork.
- Participation in the practical training necessary to acquire the specific knowledge and skills of the section.
