We are looking for a COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT MANAGER to join our CASH establishment in LEÓN.

We are a Galician company in expansion with a presence in Galicia, Castilla y León, Asturias, and Cantabria. We are looking for people with performance capacity, customer orientation, motivation, and the potential to learn and develop within the company.

Functions/Tasks:

- Management of a multidisciplinary team of people: people development.

- Implementation of the commercial strategy designed by the company: Ensuring that the store's strategic and sales objectives are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales results, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.

- Support in the implementation of sales strategies, product marketing, and commercial support.

- Bringing excellence in customer service to every aspect of the establishment.

- Providing feedback, training, and performance evaluations to staff.

- Coordinating the workforce daily and staff schedules.

- Ensuring that the store complies with indicated safety policies and procedures, as well as state and local health regulations.

- Supervising stock and inventory.
