What you'll do
- Design and validate end-to-end functional flows in critical transactional systems.
- Analyze business and regulatory requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and impacts on systems.
- Participate in functional reviews and audits, both internal and external.
- Act as an interlocutor between business, compliance, and technical teams.
- Clarify complex business requirements and rules.
- Functionally validate technical deliverables.
- Analyze incidents and participate in root cause analysis.
- Provide support to Operations and contribute to the definition of procedures, recovery flows, and runbooks.
- Prepare functional documentation: processes, business rules, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain traceability between requirements and technical components.
- Work with authorization, reversals, reconciliation, clearing, and settlement processes, both online and batch.
