Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting and development with Appian.
Demonstrable experience developing applications and processes in Appian.
Solid knowledge of:
Appian SAIL and interfaces.
Process Models and process automation.
Expression Rules and business rules.
Records, Data Stores, and data management.
Integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Experience in process automation and orchestration.
Knowledge or experience in Generative AI and intelligent agent development.
Experience integrating agents with applications, APIs, corporate systems, and information sources.
Ability to transform business needs into automated and orchestrated solutions.
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

Official Appian certifications.
Experience in Agentic AI, intelligent agents, or multi-agent systems.
Knowledge of LLM-based architectures, tools, APIs, and agent orchestration.
Experience with RAG, vector databases,
Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI services.
Experience in digital transformation and intelligent automation.
Experience in banking, insurance, or large companies.
Sufficient English to work in international environments.

The role

You will participate in the design and development of solutions that combine Appian, process automation, and Artificial Intelligence to create agents capable of interacting with business systems and processes.

What you'll do

Analyze business processes and needs to identify automation opportunities through intelligent agents.
Design and develop Appian solutions for process automation and orche
Participate in the design and development of intelligent agents integrated with Appian and corporate systems.
Define interaction flows, business rules, and agent actions.
Design and implement integrations between agents, Appian, APIs, and corporate services.
Configure Appian processes, interfaces, rules, components, and integrations.
Participate in defining solution architectures based on agents and intelligent automation.
Work with business, functional, technical, and AI teams.
Participate in the entire solution lifecycle: analysis, design, development, deployment, and evolution.
