What we're looking for

Solid experience in Python development.
Knowledge of SDD (Specification-Driven Development).
Knowledge of agents and MCP connectors.
Experience reviewing code and technical specifications.
Technical judgment to evaluate solutions and make decisions autonomously.
Fluent spoken English, equivalent to a high B2 level, to maintain technical conversations with international teams.
Ability to work with autonomy and defend technical decisions.

Nice to have

Experience participating in architecture reviews.
Experience defining and validating acceptance criteria.
Experience working with distributed and international teams.
Ability to identify design deviations and propose alternatives aligned with established standards.

The role

Do you enjoy reviewing code, making technical decisions, and ensuring a solution meets defined architectural standards? We are looking for a senior profile who brings judgment, autonomy, and the ability to represent the team in international technical conversations.

You will work with Python, agents, and MCP connectors, actively participating in technical reviews and the definition of specifications.

What you'll do

Lead the team's daily technical reviews.
Review code, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Validate that solutions meet design and architecture standards.
Evaluate technical proposals and detect deviations from established limits.
Participate in architecture forums with international teams.
Ensure the quality of deliveries and the technical consistency of solutions.
Work with Python, agents, MCP connectors, and SDD practices.

How you'll work

Contract: Permanent.
Location: Málaga.
Modality: Hybrid, with office presence 2-3 days per week.
Standard schedule: M-Th from 8:00 to 18:00 and F from 8:00 to 14:30.
Summer schedule: M-Th from 8:00 to 15:00 and F from 8:00 to 14:30.
Salary: Based on work experience.
