The role

Senior Python & AI Agent Developer / Technical Lead

We are looking for a Senior Python & AI Agent Developer / Technical Lead with experience in Python development, AI agents, and tools such as LangGraph and MCP.

The selected person will participate in the development of agent-based solutions, following SDD practices, and will have the autonomy to define specifications, validate results, and guarantee the technical quality of the code.

What you'll do

Develop solutions in Python using execution engines and MCP connectors.
Define and validate specifications and acceptance criteria.
Review code and technical designs, ensuring compliance with established standards.
Participate in architecture forums with international teams, in the case of the Technical Lead profile.
Validate results before their approval.

How you'll work

Location: Málaga
Modality: Hybrid, with office presence 2-3 days per week.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 14:30. In summer, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 15:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 14:30.
