The role

Participate in the end-to-end management of the grant lifecycle: application, award, execution, certification, guarantees, and audits.

Manage payments, advances, reimbursements, and their corresponding justification.
Coordinate signatures, documentation, and uploads/downloads in document management systems.
Coordinate with internal areas, external organizations, and audit teams.
Manage incidents, validations, and requirements from organizations.
Define and monitor indicators, milestones, reporting, and deadlines.
Identify improvement opportunities and participate in the redesign and automation of processes through RPA or other technologies.
