We are looking for a Supervisor who wants to take on a key role in the organization and supervision of our work at our facilities, leading teams and actively contributing to improving our processes and results.

⚙️ You will lead and coordinate teams, organizing and distributing work efficiently.

🏗️ You will supervise the execution of maintenance and construction work, ensuring that the planned objectives are met.

🗓️ You will organize and schedule the contracted maintenance work and perform its follow-up.

🗣️ You will be a technical reference for the team and provide support to skilled tradespeople when necessary.

🔧 You will control tools, work equipment, and materials from the workshop and warehouse.

📝 You will monitor the work and complete the daily work reports

⌛ You will ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and deadline standards.
