ICU Nurse HLA Moncloa University Hospital

At HLA Universitario Moncloa we are looking to hire Nursing Graduates with ICU experience in Madrid.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

- Monitor the patient's clinical and hemodynamic parameters during treatment.

- Observe and record the patient's response in critical care.

- Know the function of each piece of equipment and component of the system we use.

- Interpret the meaning of the different monitoring values related to the patient.

- Prevent and detect complications that may develop in the patient.

- Be familiar with our HEMOFILTRATION system (PRISMAFLEX ®) or at least have basic knowledge of the hemofiltration process.

- Be familiar with circuit lines, catheters (arterial, venous, central, PICC, etc.). And correct use of lights in the case of PICCs and CENTRAL LINES...

- Identify and act quickly on the most frequent priority alarms in the patient.

- Be familiar with the dilutions and drugs most commonly used in the ICU.

- Manage ventilators and their parameters.

- Collaborate with the medical team in the care activities required of them.

- Any other duties assigned, in accordance with their skills and professional competencies.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Previous experience of at least one year in a similar position.

En HLA Universitario Moncloa buscamos incorporar Graduados/as en Enfermería con experiencia en UCI en Madrid.

¿CUALES SON LAS RESPONSABILIDADES?

- Controlar los parámetros clínicos y hemodinámicos del paciente durante el tratamiento.

- Observar y registrar la respuesta del paciente en cuidados críticos.

- Conocer la función de cada uno de los equipos y componentes del sistema que manejamos.

- Interpretar el significado de los diferentes valores de monitorización referentes al paciente.

- Prevenir y detectar las complicaciones posibles que puedan desarrollarse en el paciente.

- Ser conocedor de nuestro sistema de HEMOFILTRACION (PRISMAFLEX ®) o al menos tener nociones del proceso de hemofiltración.

- Ser conocedor de líneas de circuitos, catéteres (arteriales, venosos, centrales, picc...etc). Y uso correcto de luces en caso de PICCS y VIAS CENTRALES...

- Identificar y actuar con rapidez ante las alarmas prioritarias más frecuentes en el paciente.

- Ser conocedor de las diluciones y fármacos más usados en UCI.

- Manejo de respiradores y sus parámetros.

- Colaborar con el equipo médico en las actividades asistenciales que les sean requeridas.

- Cualesquiera otras que, de acuerdo con sus capacidades y competencias profesionales, le sea encomendadas.

• Grado en Enfermería.
• Experiencia previa de al menos un año en un puesto similar.
