We are looking for a Receptionist for one of our hotels located in Palma de Mallorca.

What will you be responsible for?

-Managing room reservations.

-Optimizing resources with the aim of offering the best
quality in customer service.

-Guest check-in and check-out.

-Handling phone calls and managing reservations.

-Providing excellent customer service.

What are we looking for?

-A degree in tourism.

-Experience in high-category hotels.

-High level of English and a second language is valued.
