At Pure Salt Luxury Hotels we understand luxury hospitality not as a set of procedures, but as an art form. We are looking for a Restaurant Waiter (F&B Attendant) with a distinctive touch of elegance, an eye for detail, and a genuine calling for service to join our dining room team.

• Experience Ambassador: Deliver impeccable table service to the highest 5-star hospitality standards.
• Advisory and Suggestive Selling: Recommend with finesse and knowledge appetizers, signature cocktails, specialty coffees, and premium waters to enhance the guest experience.
• Versatility and Agility (Cross-Training): Perform gracefully in any of the hotel's dining environments as shift needs require.
• Flawless Operational Management: Carry out the mise en place, set tables, take orders using the digital handheld/EPOS system, and process billing without errors.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in hotel dining rooms within 4Sup/5 star properties or fine dining restaurants (Fine Dining).
• Languages: High, fluent level of English (C1); German is highly valued 
• Interpersonal Talent: Impeccable presence, composure, natural poise, and an extremely strong focus on detail and guest satisfaction.
• Technical Skill: Proficient use of EPOS/digital ordering systems and strict adherence to HACCP regulations.

• Embajador de Experiencias: Garantizar un servicio de mesa impecable bajo los máximos estándares de la hotelería 5 estrellas.
• Asesoramiento y Venta Sugerida: Recomendar con sutileza y conocimiento aperitivos, cócteles de autor, cafés especiales y aguas premium para enriquecer la vivencia del huésped.
• Polivalencia y Agilidad (Cross-Training): Desenvolverte con elegancia en cualquiera de los entornos gastronómicos del hotel según las necesidades del turno.
• Gestión Operativa Impecable: Realizar la mise en place, montaje de mesas, toma de comandas mediante comandero digital/TPV y facturación sin errores.

• Experiencia: Entre 1 y 3 años en sala dentro de hoteles 4Sup/5 o restaurantes de alta gastronomía (Fine Dining).
• Idiomas: Dominio alto y fluido de Inglés (C1) y muy valorable Alemán 
• Talento Relacional: Presencia impecable, templanza, saber estar natural y una altísima orientación al detalle y al cliente
• Destreza Técnica: Manejo ágil de TPV/Comanderos digitales y cumplimiento riguroso de normas APPCC.
