The position of inspector within the quality control department will perform the following functions:

• Documentary verification (material certificates, delivery notes).
• Visual and dimensional inspection of raw materials (sheet metal, tube, profiles...).
• Conformity check against orders and technical specifications.
• Management of non-conformities with suppliers.
• Control of critical processes (welding, forming, machining...).
• Supervision of compliance with drawings and tolerances.
• Review of material and process traceability.
• Dimensional measurement of finished parts (with calipers, tape, laser, etc.).
• Verification of components using templates or tooling.
• Control of paint/coatings (thickness, adhesion, type of paint).
• Functional tests if applicable (pressure, tightness...).
• Identification and registration of internal or customer deviations.
• Root cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys methodologies...).
• Proposal and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow-up on the effectiveness of actions taken.
• Completion of quality control records.
• Preparation of inspection reports, protocols, technical dossiers.
• Up-to-date maintenance of product technical documentation and the quality system.
• Participation in planning or technical review meetings.
• Communication of incidents to the workshop manager and process managers.
• Advice on the interpretation of drawings and quality standards.
• Preparation and support in internal and external audits (ISO 9001, customers...).
• Review of compliance with internal procedures.
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement of the quality system.
