What we're looking for

* Basic qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training or ESO (Secondary Education).

* Experience: Minimum 6 months in the required position.

1. Experience and dexterity in the handling of tools and equipment specific to the Fruit section.

2. Knowledge regarding handling, preservation, and preparation of the product.

3. Knowledge in food handling, allergens, and HACCP regulations (food safety).

The role

Your mission will be: To support the management of the fruit section, guaranteeing the correct handling, preparation, preservation, and presentation of the product, as well as adequate customer service and compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

What you'll do

* Product management: Help with Section Setup, Handling, Maintenance, and preservation of the product.

* Commercial management and customer service: Enhance the customer's purchasing decision based on adequate guidance and advice by transmitting information about the product, quality, etc.

* Management of relationships within the team: Support to the Section Head

* Management regarding food quality and health and safety: Expiry date control, Cleaning of the section following legal regulations, Proper use of PPE.
