What you'll do
Execute packaging, slicing, assembly operations, and polyvalent support in the cutting room, guaranteeing product quality, compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, and efficient production continuity.
- Packaging machine operator: Feeding the vacuum packaging machine with product for vacuuming and sealing, product labeling, supporting the shift supervisor in labeling, visual quality control, keeping machinery and work utensils clean, disinfected, and in perfect condition, and cleaning and maintaining the work area and facilities.
- Automatic Slicer Management: Preparing and operating the slicer for the manufacture of different product formats, ensuring and executing the product presentation as stipulated by the company (weighing, cut size, pattern, etc.), achieving the set volume objectives, achieving the set yield objectives, keeping machinery and work utensils clean, disinfected, and in perfect condition, and maintaining the cleaning and disinfection of the area and the work facilities according to the PGH.
- Assembly operator: Assembling and building boxes, filling boxes with the final product, exterior labeling, palletizing and shrink-wrapping, planning the assembly sequence, transporting palletized goods to the regulating warehouse, gathering the material necessary for the process, keeping machinery and work utensils clean, disinfected, and in perfect condition, and cleaning and maintaining the work area and facilities.
