• Basic qualification: Minimum required Compulsory Secondary Education.

• Desirable qualification: Related to: Occupational Risk Prevention and Supply Chain.

• Professional experience: External, minimum six months in a similar position. Internal, internal promotion.

• Other requirements: Basic knowledge of RF and order picker forklift.

🎯 Mission:

Efficiently manage all phases and activities involved in the correct preparation of orders in the logistics platform, in collaboration with the rest of the organization's roles.

📋 Job functions:

• Achievement of production targets.

- Ensure the correct preparation of orders, both in quantity and in container assembly.

- Achieve the minimum box objective required per working day.

- Compliance with the instructions of their superior regarding work organization.

- Assemble pallets by optimizing the load to achieve the lowest possible number of containers, ensuring a stable and rigid load.

- Do not go out to smoke outside of the breaks established for each working day.

- Do not use mobile phones during the working day.

• Achievement of expense control targets.

- Ensure that product damage/breakage generated during daily tasks is reduced to the lowest possible level.

- Cleaning and making use of broken product that is suitable for sale.

- Do not serve products unsuitable for sale to stores.

• Maintenance management.

- Care of machinery and the resources at their disposal (RF equipment).

- Cleaning of the machinery at their disposal.

- Correct maintenance of charging and battery changes, as well as ensuring an optimal water level in the batteries of the pickers that require it.

• Achievement of safety targets.

- Present the correct uniform and use of PPE.

- Compliance with indicated safety rules. Speed, respect for signage, pedestrian crossings/bridges.

- Communicate to their superior any incident observed or caused, such as hits to shelving or other installations in the logistics platform.

- Communicate to their superior any incident regarding product breakage.

• Environmental functions.

- Manage the waste generated in their activity according to the practices established in the company.

- Follow the defined environmental best practices applicable to the position.
