What we're looking for

At least three years of experience is required in:

AI Strategy and personal productivity: contributing to the AI productivity agenda by identifying, validating, and scaling new ways of working facilitated by AI tools, focusing on measurable impact for architects, developers, and knowledge workers.

Agentic AI architecture

Enabling the "AI factory": acting as the representative of Enterprise Architecture (EA) in "AI factory" activities: ensuring that large-scale developed AI solutions are architecturally sound, comply with Group standards, and are aligned with the enterprise AI governance framework.

Languages

English proficiency (B2+ level): a fluent and confident communicator. Interviews will be conducted entirely or primarily in this language.

The role

At Grupo NS, we need to recruit an expert Engineer with extensive knowledge in AI and a solid data foundation to take on a high-impact, cross-functional role.

This is not an execution role, but rather an architecture and facilitation role.

This position requires someone capable of working at two levels simultaneously: establishing the strategic direction of AI architecture and governance, and working practically by creating proofs of concept (PoC), reviewing designs, drafting architecture decision records (ADR), and producing artifacts that are technically reliable and can be used immediately by execution teams.

You will work at the intersection of three strategic priorities: AI Strategy and personal productivity: contributing to the AI productivity agenda by identifying, validating, and scaling new ways of working facilitated by AI tools, focusing on measurable impact for architects, developers, and knowledge workers. -
