Technical Architect / Surveyor

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent.
• Senior profile with solid experience in the building sector. As a reference, we are looking for around 10 years of experience, although we may value profiles from approximately 8 years if they provide sufficient autonomy and technical level.
• Experience mainly in technical offices and the development of building projects.
• Experience in basic and executive projects.
• Solid knowledge of construction systems: structures, facades and envelopes, roofs, compartmentation, finishes, landscaping, accessibility, and fire protection.
• Experience in the preparation of construction details, reports, specifications, measurements, and budgets.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, PRESTO, and TCQ.
• Solid knowledge of the CTE, urban planning regulations, accessibility, fire protection, and energy efficiency.
• Professional level of Spanish and Catalan, oral and written.
• Minimum technical English B2.
• Ability to work with autonomy, technical judgment, and attention to detail.

• Experience in large office buildings, corporate complexes, data centers, tertiary buildings, or large-scale building projects.
• Experience in multidisciplinary environments with high demands for coordination and document control.
• Knowledge of Revit and BIM methodology.
• Proficiency in Navisworks, Arquímedes, Microsoft Project, or other planning and document management tools.

• Participation in large-scale building projects of high technical complexity.
• Joining a multidisciplinary technical environment.
• Position with autonomy and responsibility within project development.
• Work base in Barcelona.
• Occasional travel and site visits.

Technical Architect - Building Surveyor (M/F/X)

From Manpower Engineering, a division specialized in the selection of technical and engineering profiles, we are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Architect - Building Surveyor to participate in the development of large-scale building projects from a technical office in Barcelona.

We are looking for a profile with solid experience in basic and executive projects, capable of working autonomously in the definition of construction solutions, preparation of technical documentation, measurements and budgets, and coordination with the various project disciplines.

• Technical development of basic projects and building execution projects.
• Definition and development of construction solutions and details.
• Preparation and review of plans, reports, technical specifications, area schedules, and finishes.
• Technical coordination with architecture, structures, installations, facades, sustainability, acoustics, fire protection (PCI), landscaping, and other disciplines.
• Identification and resolution of interferences and inconsistencies between disciplines.
• Review of compliance with the Technical Building Code (CTE) and applicable regulations.
• Preparation and review of measurements, budgets, price bases, and tender specifications.
• Preparation of documentation for tenders and requests for proposals.
• Management of reviews, modifications, and versions of technical documentation.
• Quality and consistency control of project deliverables.
• Occasional technical support during the tender and execution phases.
