What we're looking for

Essential requirements

Experience of between 5 and 7 years as a Business Analyst.
Experience in projects developed under Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
Knowledge of the insurance sector, especially in the SME field.
High level of English (essential).
Experience with management and documentation tools:
Jira.
Confluence.
Miro.
UML.
Knowledge of:
Process modeling.
REST interfaces.
Event-based processing.

Nice to have

Technological stack (valuable)

Front End: Angular.
Back End: Java (Spring Boot).
Databases: MongoDB.
Streaming: Kafka.
Ability to understand and explain AI and LLM concepts to non-technical profiles.

The role

At Grupo NS we are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Agile environments and knowledge of the insurance sector to join a highly relevant international project.

We are looking for a profile with the ability to act as a link between business and technology, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in the definition, analysis, and evolution of digital solutions within the insurance field.

What will your mission be?

What you'll do

You will participate in requirement gathering and management, process modeling, and the functional definition of solutions, ensuring correct alignment between business needs and technical teams.

Main functions

Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs.
Prepare functional documentation and process models.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional flows.
Facilitate communication between business and development teams.
Participate in the validation of solutions and in functional testing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products.

How you'll work

Hybrid modality with flexible on-site presence (1 day every 15 days in Barcelona).
