Essential requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Demonstrable experience working in a coordinated manner with business, operations, and development teams.
• Experience in the capture, analysis, documentation, and management of functional requirements.
• Experience in the definition of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge and regular use of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in the validation of developments and execution of functional tests.
• Analytical, communication, organizational, and priority management skills.
• Autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in environments with multiple stakeholders.

At Métrica, a technology consultancy specializing in IT solutions, we are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to participate in a stable project oriented towards the evolution and functional maintenance of TradeNxt Servicing.

We are looking for a senior functional profile to act as a link between the business, operations, and technology areas, with the ability to understand complex processes, define quality requirements, and accompany the validation of the developed solutions.

Your mission

You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, converting them into clear functional requirements, and ensuring the correct evolution of the platform. You will work in a coordinated manner with Product Owners, technical teams, and operational areas in an Agile environment.

Main duties

• Capture, analyze, and refine functional requirements together with the business and operations areas.
• Prepare functional analyses, process documentation, and specifications for the development teams.
• Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and associated documentation.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and other project stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between the business, operations, and technical teams.
• Functionally validate the developments carried out, verifying their adequacy to the defined requirements.
• Design, define, and execute functional tests.
• Perform monitoring of deliverables, dependencies, incidents, and the evolution of initiatives.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including refinements, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• 100% remote working modality, for professionals located in Spain.
