The role
At Grupo NS, we are incorporating a Senior Change Manager to participate in an international project for the transformation and deployment of Coupa P2P (Procure-to-Pay) in Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina, within the Insurance sector.
We are looking for a profile with solid experience in Change Management and organizational transformation, capable of leading change adoption by business teams and coordinating stakeholders at local and international levels.
The selected person will work in close collaboration with business teams, the project, and senior management, ensuring the organization's readiness for change and accompanying the different phases of the deployment.

- Define, maintain, and execute the project's Change Management strategy and plan.
- Lead the activities necessary to facilitate change adoption by the business teams.
- Perform Readiness Assessments and analyze the level of preparedness of the different organizations and countries.
- Identify potential resistance to change early on and define mitigation actions.
- Manage and coordinate local, regional, and Senior Management stakeholders.
- Design and coordinate communication plans related to the deployment.
- Develop, adapt, and coordinate training and training materials.
- Coordinate deliverables related to Change Management and adoption.
- Prepare documentation, reporting, and monitoring of the status of initiatives.
- Provide support to teams during the Hypercare phase following the deployment.
