Appian Consultant - Intelligent Agents

Essential requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting and development with Appian.
• Demonstrable experience in the design and development of applications and processes with Appian.
• Solid knowledge of:
• Appian SAIL and Interfaces
• Process Models
• Expression Rules and business rules
• Records and Data Stores
• Data management
• RESTful / REST and SOAP APIs
• Web services
• Experience in process automation and orchestration solutions.
• Knowledge or experience in Generative AI and intelligent agent development.
• Experience integrating agents with applications, APIs, corporate systems, and information sources.
• Ability to analyze business processes and transform them into automated and orchestrated solutions.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Grupo NS is selecting 2 Appian Consultants with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting and development on the Appian platform, to participate in intelligent automation projects and the development of agents based on Artificial Intelligence.

We are looking for profiles with a solid technical and functional foundation in Appian, interested in evolving from traditional process automation towards the design and integration of intelligent agents (Agentic AI) in enterprise environments.

What will you do?

• Analyze business processes and needs to identify automation opportunities through intelligent agents.
• Design and develop solutions on Appian for process automation and orchestration.
• Participate in the design and development of intelligent agents integrated with Appian and corporate systems.
• Define interaction flows, business rules, and actions executed by agents.
• Design and implement integrations between agents, Appian, APIs, corporate services, and other information sources.
• Configure the Appian processes, interfaces, rules, integrations, and components necessary for the different use cases.
• Participate in defining solution architectures based on agents and intelligent automation.
• Work with business, functional, technical, and AI teams to transform needs into automated solutions.
• Participate in the entire lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and evolution.
• Contribute to the definition of best practices for the development, integration, monitoring, and maintenance of intelligent agents.
