We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Fuel Department at our headquarters located in Villaverde Alto (Madrid) to ensure the correct management of the administrative fuel and toll services for the fleet, ensuring the control of consumption, the validation of information, and compliance with internal procedures.
What you'll do
You will manage the registration, modifications, and cancellation of fuel cards.
You will process the registration and cancellation of VIA-T devices.
You will monitor and control the fuel consumption of the fleet.

Buscamos un/a Administrativo/a para el Dpto. de Combustible en nuestra sede central ubicada en Villaverde Alto (Madrid) para garantizar la correcta gestión administrativa de los servicios de combustible y peaje de la flota, asegurando el control de consumos, la validación de información y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos.

Gestionarás las altas, modificaciones y bajas de tarjetas de combustible.
Tramitarás las altas y bajas de dispositivos VIA-T.
Realizarás el seguimiento y control de los consumos de combustible de la flota.
Revisarás y validarás facturas de combustible y peajes.
Mantendrás actualizadas las bases de datos y registros del área.
Verificarás información relacionada con los vehículos de la flota (sociedad, tipología y estado).
Gestionarás solicitudes e incidencias garantizando la correcta aplicación de los criterios internos.
Colaborarás con distintos departamentos para asegurar una gestión eficiente de los recursos de la flota.
Elaborarás informes de seguimiento y control de la actividad del departamento.
