We are looking for a Logistics SAC (Customer Service) Administrative Assistant to join our team in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara). Your main mission will be to ensure the correct management and monitoring of operational incidents, providing administrative support and ensuring agile and quality attention to both clients and the various departments involved.

Buscamos un/a Administrativo/a de Logística SAC (Servicio Atención al Cliente) para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara). Tu misión principal será garantizar la correcta gestión y seguimiento de las incidencias operativas, ofreciendo soporte administrativo y asegurando una atención ágil y de calidad tanto a clientes como a los diferentes departamentos implicados.

Tramitar reclamaciones de destinatarios y empresas, garantizando una respuesta ágil y eficaz.
Gestionar las solicitudes recibidas a través de Salesforce y otras herramientas corporativas.
Dar soporte a las operativas de tiendas, asegurando el correcto tratamiento de cada incidencia.
Coordinarse con los distintos departamentos para resolver incidencias y garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
Realizar el seguimiento de los casos hasta su resolución, manteniendo una comunicación fluida con las partes implicadas.
Registrar y actualizar la información en los sistemas internos, asegurando la calidad y trazabilidad de los datos.
Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos operativos mediante la identificación de incidencias recurrentes.

Experiencia previa en puestos administrativos, preferiblemente en logística, transporte o atención operativa.
Conocimientos de logística y nivel intermedio de Excel.
Valorable experiencia utilizando herramientas de gestión de incidencias o CRM (Salesforce será un plus).
Persona organizada, responsable y orientada al detalle.
Agilidad para analizar, gestionar y resolver incidencias.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
