Financial Analytics and Management Control Manager

• Lead and develop the company's Financial Analytics area.

• Design, implement and evolve analytical accounting and management control models.

• Define and oversee key indicators (KPIs) to measure the profitability and performance of the different business lines.

• Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of financial and operational data.

• Analyze margins, costs and profitability, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement.

• Implement analytical controls and procedures that help optimize business management.

• Coordinate information from different systems, ensuring its correct integration and use.

• Participate in transformation, automation and financial process improvement projects.

• Prepare reports for Management, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations and Systems to promote a data-driven management culture.

We are looking for a Financial Analytics Manager at our Villaverde Alto (Madrid) site, to lead the analytical accounting and management control area, ensuring the reliability of information and optimizing business analysis processes.

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Controlling, Management Control, Analytical Accounting or Financial Analytics.

• Solid knowledge of finance, costs and analytical accounting.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Experience working with corporate ERPs.

• Ability to transform complex data into useful information for the business.

• Experience implementing improvements, controls or new analytical processes.

• Proactive profile, results-oriented and with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Strong analytical skills, business acumen and communication skills.

• Experience in multi-company environments and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus.
