What we're looking for

You will fit this position if...

• You have a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.

• You bring at least 5-7 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial control, or equivalent positions.

• You have solid knowledge of financial accounting, corporate taxation, and closings.

• You have prepared and monitored budgets and developed analytical accounting systems.

• You have experience improving or automating financial processes and you master advanced Excel.

Beyond your experience, we are looking for a rigorous, analytical, and organized person who combines autonomy, capacity for collaboration, and effective communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in Big Four, multi-company groups, and consolidation will be valued.

• Knowledge of Odoo, other ERPs, and reporting tools such as Power BI will be an added value.

The role

Would you like to take on a key role in the financial evolution of a growing business group, with the opportunity to develop management control and participate in the integration of new companies?

Grupo LAE, a business group specializing in regulatory consultancy, subsidized training, and technology, is looking to hire a person to take responsibility for Finance and Management Control, supporting the CFO during a stage of growth, integration of acquisitions, and professionalization of its processes.

What you'll do

You will guarantee the quality, reliability, and availability of the group's economic-financial information, supervising the administration and accounting area and developing planning, analysis, and control tools that allow for improved business management. You will be a key figure for the CFO, combining technical rigor and practical vision.

• You will supervise the administration and accounting team, ensuring the quality of closings and compliance with deadlines.

• You will review balance sheets, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and intercompany operations, resolving complex accounting and tax issues.

• You will prepare and monitor budgets, analyzing deviations, costs, margins, and profitability by company and business line.

• You will develop analytical accounting and progressively assume management control.

• You will implement treasury forecasting and monitoring tools.

• You will prepare reporting and dashboards for decision-making.

• You will participate in audits, due diligence, and the financial integration of acquired companies.

• You will drive the automation and improvement of processes using tools such as Odoo, Excel, and Power BI.
