The main mission is to comprehensively manage the gaming rooms in its territorial area, complying with the approved budget, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and Orenes' management procedures and models to meet objectives and maximize profitability and the optimal operation of the rooms in the assigned territory.
Your main duties will include, among others:
- Meet the objectives set by management, ensuring compliance with schedules, regulations, documentation, and access controls in order to comply with the regulations and the company's responsible gaming principles.
- Continuously review costs, revenue, and optimization of the machine fleet to meet the EBITDA budget for the area, as well as the BDI and BAI budgets.
- Have qualified staff in each business unit, coordinating the team, supervising, and supporting their training to ensure the most efficient customer service.
- Supervise facilities, machine fleets, and maintain or modify them as appropriate, according to user preferences, to ensure maximum profitability in each business unit.
- Meet the objectives for franchised halls by area, analyzing the most suitable management for each venue and selecting the most appropriate partners for the area and business.
- Study and analyze the different areas for opening new profitable centers.
Education:
- High school diploma, ESO, or Higher Vocational Training.
- University degree in Business Management and Administration, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Communication, and Marketing is a plus.
- Office package: Excel, PowerPoint, etc...
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Gaming Sector.
- Team management and motivation.
