The role

What you'll do
As Leisure Center Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct comprehensive management of the leisure center, supervising the operation of machines and gaming areas, ensuring a safe and dynamic entertainment experience, as well as coordinating hospitality operations, customer service, and the human team.
The main functions will include, among others:
Coordinating shifts and schedules

What you'll do
Como Encargado/a de centro de ocio serás responsable de garantizar la correcta gestión integral del centro de ocio, supervisando el funcionamiento de las máquinas y espacios de juego, asegurando una experiencia de entretenimiento segura y dinámica, así como coordinando la operativa de hostelería, atención al cliente y equipo humano.
Coordinar los turnos y cuadrantes
Gestión integral tanto de la parte de juego como la de hostelería
Gestión del stock de barra y la gestión de proveedores
Servicio de atención al público, revisando todas las condiciones del centro, apertura, cierre (según el turno), conservación y limpieza de las instalaciones
Encendido de máquinas, vigilancia y control del buen uso de las máquinas
Servicio de barra y mesa, explicación al cliente de juegos de entretenimiento y solución de incidencias sencillas y aviso al Servicio técnico en caso de incidencias más complejas y reposición premios
