You will be a key piece in the daily operation of the center, guaranteeing excellent customer service and ensuring that all facilities and services function correctly to offer an unforgettable experience to our visitors.

What you'll do

Receive and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Provide information about the center's operation and resolve simple incidents quickly
Opening and closing the center following established procedures
Switching on and checking the correct operation of the machines
Preparation and service of drinks and ready-to-eat products, payment processing, and restocking
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the facilities
Contribute to generating a pleasant atmosphere for families

Requirements

What we're looking for

Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Customer orientation, good communication skills, and teamwork
Basic computer skills.

Nice to have

Training in leisure, animation, and/or hospitality is valued
Experience in leisure, playgrounds, entertainment activities, retail, or catering will be valued

What you'll do

Recibir y atender a los clientes con una actitud cercana y profesional
Informar sobre el funcionamiento del centro y resolver incidencias sencillas de forma ágil
Apertura y cierre del centro siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos
Encendido y comprobación del correcto funcionamiento de las máquinas
Preparación y servicio de bebidas y productos de quinta gama, cobro y reposición
Mantener el orden y limpieza de las instalaciones
Contribuir a generar un ambiente agradable para las familias

Requirements

What we're looking for

Disponibilidad para trabajar a turnos, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.
Orientación al cliente, buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
Manejo básico de herramientas informáticas.

Nice to have

Valorable formación en ocio, animación, y/o Hostelería
Se valorará experiencia en ocio, parques infantiles, actividades de entretenimiento, comercio o restauración
