The role

At Grupo Orenes, a business group with a solid national and international track record in the hospitality, catering, leisure, and entertainment sectors, we are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for the Hotel Rincón de Pepe, one of the benchmark establishments in the city of Murcia.

If you are a resourceful person, with multidisciplinary technical knowledge, and you are passionate about ensuring the correct functioning of facilities, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in the hotel facilities and catering areas.
Diagnose and resolve incidents related to electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, and other general maintenance works.
Supervise the correct functioning of equipment, systems, and facilities.
Execute small repairs and improvement works that contribute to the conservation and good condition of the establishment.
Ensure that the facilities comply with quality, safety, and comfort standards for customers and employees.
Collaborate in the organization and maintenance of tools, materials, and workspaces.
