The role

At Orenes Grupo, a leading company in the private gaming, leisure, and entertainment sector with over 55 years of experience, we are looking to hire an Area Manager for Gaming Venues for the province of Cádiz, with the objective of supporting our Gaming Venues Division and contributing to the growth and profitability of the assigned area.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the gaming venues within your territorial scope, ensuring compliance with the economic, operational, and business objectives established by the company, as well as the correct application of current regulations and Orenes Grupo's quality standards.

Ensure compliance with the objectives set by Management, overseeing the correct application of procedures, schedules, access controls, and responsible gaming regulations.
Continuously analyze and supervise the income, costs, and profitability of the venues, contributing to the achievement of the area's budgetary objectives.
Lead, coordinate, and motivate work teams, guaranteeing adequate staff planning and fostering their professional development.
Supervise the facilities and the machine fleet, proposing improvements and adaptations aimed at maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
Manage the relationship with franchisees, identifying growth opportunities and guaranteeing the correct operation of the assigned establishments.
Analyze the market and study new locations for the opening of profitable centers within the area of operation.
