Requirements

What we're looking for

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in reception areas or similar

- Knowledge and handling of the Office suite at a user level

- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

- A Degree in Tourism, Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar will be valued.

- Residence in Getafe or surrounding area is preferred

- Intermediate English level B1-B2 is preferred

The role

Grupo Orenes, a leader in the leisure and entertainment sector, is selecting for its offices in GETAFE a person to perform the duties of Receptionist, within the customer service area and to provide support to the people working in the Office

What you'll do

The main duties of the position are as follows:

- Handle telephone calls, emails, and internal and external messaging.

- Resolve requests, doubts, and inquiries from customers and visitors.

- Manage the reservation calendar for rooms and common areas of the building.

- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable

- Develop other general functions in the field of administrative support
