Specialized Cleaning Operative

What work will you do?: The workplace consists of a supervision team responsible for organizing the work and reviewing the job functions, ensuring the correct operation of the service. -Perform specialized cleaning tasks for the center's facilities and spaces, including elevators, warehouses, parking areas, roofs, patios, terraces, and other outdoor areas. -Carry out the cleaning of glass, windows, blinds, vertical surfaces, ventilation grilles, vents, and other hard-to-reach surfaces. -Perform the cleaning and basic maintenance of drains, sewage systems, and other elements related to the hygiene and conservation of the facilities. -Manage the selective removal of waste and recycling, ensuring the correct segregation and transfer of containers to the established collection points. -Operate professional cleaning machinery, such as scrubbers, polishers, and rotary machines, for the treatment and maintenance of different surfaces. -Ensure the correct state of conservation, cleanliness, and operation of the assigned work equipment and tools. -Collaborate in the reception, checking, and storage of materials, cleaning products, and other supplies necessary for the center's activity. -Complete and sign the records, work reports, and documentation associated with the tasks performed, in accordance with established internal procedures. -Apply hygiene, safety, and occupational risk prevention standards in the development of assigned tasks. -Collaborate with the rest of the center's professionals to guarantee adequate conditions of cleanliness, order, and health for the benefit of the residents. What are the requirements for this position?: -Ability to work independently and autonomously, and as part of a team. -Knowledge of cleaning protocols, products, disinfection, and machinery. -Previous and continuous experience in cleaning jobs. -Knowledge of specialized machinery. -Knowledge of glass cleaning. -Ability to detect light and/or sound signals. -Seriousness and professional conduct. -Schedule flexibility. -Responsibility and punctuality. What will your schedule be?: 35-hour workday according to a rotating shift roster from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 and 17:00, working 7 hours daily. What will your salary be?: According to the Special Employment Center Agreement. Where?: San Blas, Madrid.
